Question 1: Abnormal pre-charging phase, unable to enter the ready state

Reason: Pre-charging logic failure, or poor contact in the power supply circuit, resulting in the 60-second pre-charging process not being completed.

Solution: Check the power line connections, secure the R, S, T AC input terminals to ensure stable power supply; restart the control cabinet, trigger the pre-charging process again, and calibrate the pre-charging time parameters. If there is a logical fault, debug the control software.


Question 2: The reverse rotation speed during the braking phase cannot be reduced to 0

Reason: Electromagnetic braking device malfunction, or incorrect wiring at terminals E1 and E2, resulting in abnormal braking voltage activation ratio.

Action: Check the wiring of the electromagnetic brake to ensure that the terminals are correctly connected, with no connections to intermediate terminals. Debug the brake control logic, calibrate the brake voltage activation ratio, and inspect the electromagnetic brake device to ensure that the reverse rotation speed returns to zero after braking is completed.


Question3: Frequent failure alarms, protection mechanisms activated

Reason: Protection is triggered due to corresponding fault types, such as current surges, power component overheating, or incorrect operation of position sensors.

Handle : Identify the type of fault based on the panel alarm messages. For current-related faults, check the power components and wiring. For overheating faults, clean dust from the heat sinks and inspect the fans. If the sensor malfunctions, clean the sensor and calibrate the signal. After fixing the fault, reset the system manually or remotely.


Question 4: Abnormal aluminum electrolytic capacitors affecting equipment operation

Reason: Capacitor aging and overheating, resulting in discoloration, unusual odor, and bulging.

Action: Immediately shut down the machine to replace the faulty aluminum electrolytic capacitor with a qualified product of the same specification. Check the capacitor installation environment to ensure it is not placed near high-temperature components. Regularly inspect the capacitor’s condition to prevent failures.
